सोहं पोया पवन में, बांधो सुरत सुमेर।
ब्रह्म गांठ हिरदे धरो, यही विधि माला फेर।
Translation: Weave the vibration of
Sohang into the moving wind (your breath). Anchor your consciousness (
surat) to it like the master bead, and hold this divine realization in your heart.
