मन मतंग माने नहीं

मन मतंग माने नहीं,
चले सुरत के संग।
सूरत बेचारी क्या करे,
जब अंकुश नहीं संग।

Earth (Prithvi), Water (Jal), Fire (Agni), Air (Vayu), and Ether/Space (Akasha)

25 Prakriti
• Earth (Prithvi): Flesh, bone, skin, pores, nails.
• Water (Jala): Saliva, sweat, blood, semen, urine.
• Fire (Agni): Hunger, thirst, laziness, sleep, dullness.
• Air (Vayu): Speaking, hearing, expanding, contracting, strength.
• Space (Akasha): Fear, desire, anger, laziness, greed. 

Jnanendriyas (Sense Organs - Perception)
• Chakshu (Eye): Sight
• Shrotra (Ear): Hearing
• Ghraana (Nose): Smell
• Rasna (Tongue): Taste
• Tvak (Skin): Touch/Touch 

Karmendriyas (Organs of Action - Function) 
• Pada (Feet): Locomotion
• Pani (Hands): Dexterity/Action
• Vak (Mouth): Speech
• Upastha (Genitals): Reproduction
• Payu (Anus/Rectum): Excretion 





Nigam aur Aagam

Nigam - Jo neeche utra ho, ya prapt kiya ho
Guru shishya parampara ke zariye aage saumpa gya. Ise Shruti bhi kehte hain.
Jise bahri strot se grehn kiya jaye, jaise guru se ya shastron se. Like a syllabus or textbook for the religious path.
Nigam has 4 parts..
1. Ved
2. Brahman Granth - Tells vidhi of yog yagya from vedas
3. Araniyak - Darsanik arth or meaning behind these karam kands
4. Upnishads - also called vedantas.
Upnishads self declares that they are limited and the peak of Nigam parampara. They tells that the param satya can't be realized by just mere reading it listening.
It says Aatma can't be realized by listening good, by sharp brain or just knowledge.
So Upnishads can take you to the closed door, but you have to do effort to open the door. Agam is where required further.


So, Nigam provides us the map, while Agam teaches us how to walk on that path. Means,  Nigam is what and Aagam is how.


Aagam
Aagam means jo bheetar se prakat ho. Agam tells how its realized or how to reach there.
It's the gyan of guru shishya parampara. It is highly secret knowledge and is only give to the deserving ones. As its secret knowlege people who somehow found this knowledge by foul means just follow the words, but doesn't understands the meaning behind them.

Patanjali Gyan says Chit vriti nirodh or daman is called Yog.

But Aagam says, don't  daman the chit vriti or ichha, but transform them into other form, because suppressing the desires will outcome or release in some other form.
So Aagam says, don't supress but transform.

So, both Nigam and Agam are required to first understand and then implement to reach the ultimate.

So person having Nigam can be like a live Google Search Engine having lots of knowledge but might have issues in life.

The one who runs only on path of Aagam without having Nigam can be DishaHeen. He is like having a fast sports car but without a map to follow. He might have some anubhav or adventures but he doesn't know where is he going.

Yogi's chitt is sthir by following on the path of Aagam while taking the help of Nigam.
So, Nigam is diya or paatra
Aagam is oil or baati burning inside it.
Light is not possible without both.

Jab siddhant aur anubhav milte hain, tabhi dharam kitaabon se nikal kar jeevan banta hai.
Gyan aur Kriya dono ek sath.

So
Nigam is Gyan
Aagam is Kriya

सुरत निरत मन पवन कूँ, करो एकत्तर यार।
द्वादस उलट समोय ले, दिल अंदर दीदार॥


तन थिर, मन थिर, बचन थिर, 
सुरति, निरति थिर होय। 
कहैं कबीर उस पलक को, 
कल्प न पावै कोय॥

Shabdae shabd samaayi | 
Garib Das galtaan mahal mein,

श्वासा सोहं ऊपजे

जो चाहे दीदारको, तो परख शब्दका रुप

कबीर, शब्द हमार हम शब्द के, शब्दहिं लेहुं परख।
जो तूं चाहे मुक्ति को, अब मत जाहु सरक ।।

क्षीर रुप हरि नाम है, नीर रुप व्यवहार

Swaans Vidhi

Is greh me koi jaagat hai.

Saabat vast o apni lahae.


Na per ghar jaye, na mann dholaye,

Sehaj nirantar reha samaye.


Dhyaan ki karae vibhoot.


Santo mann pavan sukh baneya,

Kichu Jog prapat ganeya.


Our surat is khandit, and pran is somewhere else.

Sukh prapat hovega when Mann/Chit/Surat and Pavan/Pran gets one.


Jahan chit, tahan pran. And where is pran, there is PranPati.

Where is Pran, there is Health, Wealth, Prosperity and Healing, Brahm.


Negative Energy, Diseases, Chor comes only when we are not there.

Because we are not aware of our body as our Chit or Mann or Surat is outside, Negative Energy gets chance to come inside the empty home.


Our body got attacked by Emotions, Unwanted Thoughts/Memories, Negative Energies gets accumulated.


Daily Routine

We need to focus on our forehead first of all.

Pragtyo Gopal Mahant ke mathe. - Sukhmani Saheb

Stop Breath as far as u can and focus on forehead.

Then move your focus to the scull, feel the whole skull, as far as u can stop breath.

Aware of your Eyes, Ears, Shoulders, Legs, Feet.

Focus on your ears then.

Dhyaan ki dhare vibhoot.

Harmandir eho shareer hai.

Dhyaan ki vibhooti at multiple places because your body is HariMandir.


As far as you have stopped the breath, Where your focus is currently, you can visualize light there.

Orange, Yellow, Red, White Lights at different areas of chakras.


Where is chit, there is praan.

Where is praan, there is pran pati.

Where is pran pati there will be healing.

Your body will get healed this way.


This way whole surat will stay inside body.


Nanak, Ek Shabd mere pran vasat hai,

Bahur Janam na aavan.


Vidhi

Close Eyes, Hands on Knees towars the sky.

Take deep breath. Feel Breath coming and going. Jeevan coming and going.

Anchor/Tie yourself with Breath.


Now Take Deep Breath, and move whole your surat towards Eyes.

Akhan de prati Hosh. Akhan de prati ujagar ho.

It will Heal your Eye problems.


Now Take Deep Breath, and move whole your surat towards forehead.

Now, Move your Surat towards the skull.


Release all luggage. Hold your breath now.

When Breath is held, mind is held.

When mind is held, the universe is held.


As you hold your breath, be aware of your spine. Nothing moves.

Your spine is the center point of universe. You are sitting at the middle point of your existence.


Feel Praan is at your forehead. Feel PranPati is at your forehead.


By Breath meditation, Panch Praan of body gets balanced.

Talking of 5 vayus => Prana, Apana, Udana, Samana, and Vyana.

Pancha ka gur ek dhyaan.


If you can't hold your breath, you can't hold your life.

If you can't hold your life, you can't be alive.


Focus on Feets.

Left foot is foot of Karma, and Right foot is foot of Dharma.

When both are balanced, you will learn to stand on your feets.


Feel your whole body this way. This is called Anter-Ishnaan.


Jab Nakh Sikh eho mann cheenha,

Tab anter majjan keehna.

Nakh - Nau/Nakhun

Sikha - Sikhar/HeadTop


Hold breath, then release.


Mann dridh kareya aasan bais jogi,

Ta teri kalpana jaayi.

Kaya nagri me mangan chadhe jogi,

Taan Naam palle paayi.


The roaming of your mind will stop.

We need to learn begging to the Brahm inside your body.


Mann will also gets dridh this way.


Whenever we gives Dharma to someone, Dharma grows.

When Dharma grows, Karma gets destroyed.

Our body is Jantra

Mann + Attra = Mantra
Mann means Mind
Attra means Direct

When we are able to direct our mind towards the One Lord using Mantra, it is called as Tantra.

Shabad saadhna keejay

Kabir, Jehi Shabad te prakat bhaye sab,
Soyi Shabad geh leejay.
Saadho, Shabad saadhna keejay.

Swaans se Prakash ki aur

Swaans -> Surat -> Nirat -> Shabad -> Prakash

Ye swaans NihAkshar se aa rahi hai

Pehle Swaans pe Surat ko sthir karna hai

Surat jab sthir ho jati hai, to Nirat ban jati hai

Sthir Nirat hi Shabad roop leti hai

Veh Shabad aage chalkar Prakash ho jata hai

Fir ek ek swaas me prakash dikhayi deta hai


मन पवन सच्च खण्ड टिकाना

गुरु नानक देव जी की वाणी में प्रमाण:--

चहऊं का संग, चहऊं का मीत, 
जामै चारि हटावै नित।

मन पवन को राखै बंद, 
लहे त्रिकुटी त्रिवैणी संध।

अखण्ड मण्डल में सुन्न समाना, 
मन पवन सच्च खण्ड टिकाना।


स्वांसा ही में सार पद

गरीबस्वांसा पारस भेद हमाराजो खोजे सो उतरे पारा।
स्वांसा पारा आदि निशानीजो खोजे सो होए दरबानी।

स्वांसा ही में सार पदपद में स्वांसा सार।
दम देही का खोज करोआवागमन निवार।।
गरीबस्वांस सुरति के मध्य हैन्यारा कदे नहीं होय।
सतगुरु साक्षी भूत कूंराखो सुरति समोय।।

गरीबचार पदार्थ उर में जोवैसुरति निरति मन पवन समोवै।
सुरति निरति मन पवन पदार्थ(नाम)करो इक्तर यार।
द्वादस अन्दर समोय लेदिल अंदर दीदार।

NihAkshar se shwasa bhaye

माला है निज श्वास की

श्वास श्वास में नाम ले और बिरठा श्वास मत खोय,

ना जाने इस श्वास का आवन होय ना होय।

 

श्वास की कर सुमिरनी और कर अजपा का जाप,

परम तत्व हृदय धरो तो सोहम आपो आप।

 

सोहम पोया पवन में और बांधो सुरत सुमेर,

ब्रह्म घट हृदय धरो, इसी विधि माला फेर।

 

माला है निज श्वास की और फेरेगा कोई दास,

चौरासी भरमें है नहीं मिटे काल की फास।
