SWAAS AUR AJAPA JAAP
Saans saans me shabd hamara,
Jaanat birle gyani
Sirf saans ko dekho
Na tej karo, na dheema
Ander jati swaans ke sath mann me mehsoos karo So,
Bahar aati swaans ke sath mann me mehsoos karo Hum.
Ise bolna nhi hai
Na hi sun na hai
Sirf mehsoos karna hai
Kyon ki naam dhwani nhi balki ek tarang hai
Thodi der me aap mehsoos karenge ki
Ki saans tumse nhi balki tum saans se ho.
Aur, Saans tumhe bheetar kheench rahi hai.
Saans ander jate waqt thandak mehsoos hogi
Aur bahar aate waqt garmahat mehsoos hogi
Aur mann shaant ho jata hai..
Aisa lagta hai ander koi aur bhi hai. Isi ko kehta hain sakshi bhav. Ise kabir jeevit ram kehte hain.
Jahan har disha wohi naam goonjta hai
Ajapa jaap dhairya se dhyaan ki aur le jata hai
Aur dhyaan se dhwani ki aur le jata hai
Jise anahat naad kehte hain, veh isi sadhna ki gehrai me sunayi deta hai
Per ajapa jaap ka asli lakshya naad nhi hai
Asli lakshya hai saans aur mann ka pooran roop se ek hona
Saans saache jo mare, to amar lok paave
Jab pta chalta hai, yehi saans mujhe jeevit rakh rha hai, to ahankaar marta hai
Aur jab ahankaar khatam, tab janam maran ka bandhan tootne lagta hai
AJAPA JAAP SE NAAD KI AUR
Ajapa jaap sirf saans ka khel nhi
Ye mann ki jad ko choone wala vigyan hai
Jab saadak swaans ko naam ke roop me mehsoos karta hai, tab naam dheere dheere ek dhwani me badalta hai. Aur veh dhwani ik din badal jaati hai Anhad Naad me.
Ab saadak bajar ki awaaz nhi sunta, balki bheetar ki awaaz ko pehchaanta hai.
Yahan sadak badalne lagta hai.
Pehle pehle saadak ko anahat naad sunai nhi deta
Pehle veh sunta hai, koi bohot door ki ghanti ya hwaa ki awaaz. Anjaani si dhwani jo aayi aur fir kho gayi.
Kabir kehte hain, pehle sooksham sandesh hai, hwaa ki sooksham dhwani.
Kabir, Pehle peel pawne ko awaaz.
Yehi ajapa jaap ki doosri manzil hai.
Kuch din baad saadak ko mehsoos hota hai, ek halki dhwani hamesha chal rahi hai. Ab ye saaf sunti hai.
Kabir ne ise Anhad Bainda kaha hai.
Kabir, Anhad bainda baaje te bhai.
Ye doosri manzil hai.
Aage aage 7 mukhya dhwaniya prakat hoti hain.
Ghanti, Shankh, Veena, Bansuri, Mridang, Jhankaar, Goonj.
Ye bahar ki dhwaniyaan nhi hain
Ye aatma ki saat parto ki awaazein hain.
Kabir kehte hain, saat samudra bheetar baaje.
Saat dhwaniyaan, saat partein, saat dwaar jo sadak ko bheetar le jaate hain.
Ye saat dhwaniyaan tab tak chalti rehti hain, jab tak ye saato mil kar ek dhwani viraam nhi ban jaati.
Anahat naad sadak ko dhwani deta hai. Per uska lakshya dhwani nhi, maun hai.
Dhyaan gehra hone per achanak ek din awaazein band ho jaati hain, jaise ko hwaa achanak tham jaaye.
Yehi wo kshan hai, jab saadak achanak sunta hai, Maun ki dhwani.
Ise hi Kabir kehte hain, Jahan Naad tahan maun samana.
Dhwani rukte hi sadak shunye ke dwaar per pahunch jata hai.
Shunya wo awastha hai jahan mann nhi, samya nhi, vichaar nhi, ahankaar bhi nhi.
Sirf ek gehri upasthi, ek atah maun, jo kehta kuch nhi, per sab bta deta hai.
Kabir ise Sehaj Samadhi kehte hain.
Kabir, Sehaj samadhi bhayi, Sehaj mil gaya Ram.
Yahan saadak jaan leta hai
Swaans jaati hai, mai nhi jata aata
Shareer badalta hai, main nhi badalta.
Jab yeh satya anubhooti ban jaaye, to mrityu ka darr toot jata hai. Aur mrityu ka darr toote, to janam maran ka chakra bhi tootne lagta hai.
Kabir, Jeevat mare so Sant Kahava.
Yahan Naam, Naad, Shunya ek ho jaate hain.
Yahan sadak jaan leta hai, sab ek hi urja hai, sab ek hi hai.
Saans sugandhit ho jaati hai, ye sooksham parivartan hai, lekin hota hai.
Yahan, Saadhna ab yog ban chuki hai.
Ye aham rehit awastha hai
Jahan sadak dekhta hai, sab kuch apne aap ho rha hai. Mai kar rha hoon ki bhawna bilkul smapat ho jaati hai. Sir yeh lagta hai, sab apne aap ho rha hai.
Saans apne aap aa rahi hai.
Dhwani apne aap ho rahi hai.
Jeevan apne aap chal rha hai.
Aur saadak sirf saakshi hai.
Kabir ise Sehaj kehte hain, kyonki isme koyi pariyaas nahin.
Yahan saadak sochta hai, ab sab mil gaya. Per asli yatra to ab shuru hoti hai.
Kyonki Ajapa Jaap sirf mann aur praan ko nhi jodta. Veh param satta tak le jane ka dwar hai.
Yeh sirf moksh tak ka rasta nhi. Ye ishwar se milan tak ka rasta hai.
Yahin se saadak ekatva ki sadhna shuru karta hai.
